The agreement outlines three key initiatives: 1. **Demonstration Zones for Industry Leadership**: Octopus Intelligence’s autonomous laser weeding robots will be deployed across CONGYU INTE AGR’s high-standard farmland, vegetable export bases, and herb plantations, creating a flagship "Low-Altitude Economy & AI Agriculture Demonstration Zone" to showcase SaaS-driven operations. 2. **Joint R&D for Innovation**: The two parties will establish an "AI Algorithm Joint Lab for Smart Agriculture" to tackle challenges in crop perception and decision-making under complex field conditions, while jointly applying for national and regional R&D grants. 3. **Data Asset Co-Creation**: Plant-level growth data, field environment metrics, and high-resolution weed mapping generated through the partnership will be jointly owned as strategic digital assets, positioning both firms for future data-driven markets.
