For the month ended 31 August 2026, SENASIC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (SENASIC) confirmed to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited that no changes occurred in its share capital structure.

Total Share Capital • Authorised/registered share capital stood at RMB 19.09 million, represented by 381.90 million H-shares with a par value of RMB 0.05 each. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 381.90 million, and the company held no treasury shares.
