JINHAI MED TECH Appoints New Independent Non-Executive Director

JINHAI MED TECH (02225) has announced that Ms. Liu Jinjing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective September 18, 2026. Alongside this, she will assume roles as a member of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee on the same date.

In a parallel move, Mr. Li Yunping has stepped down from his position as an executive director, and Ms. Yang Meihua has resigned as an independent non-executive director, both with effect from September 18, 2026. The resignations are attributed to their other business commitments, which require increased time and focus.

Following the effectiveness of these departures, Mr. Li Yunping will relinquish his membership on the nomination committee, while Ms. Yang Meihua will no longer serve on the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees.
