Conch Cement Allocates Idle Capital to Financial Products

Conch Cement has announced a series of transactions involving the allocation of its own idle funds to wealth management products.

On March 26, 2026, the company entered into two agreements with Minsheng Wealth Management. Under these contracts, Conch Cement will subscribe for a total of RMB 2 billion in financial products. These products have a term of 364 days and a performance benchmark, or expected annualized return rate, ranging from 2.55% to 2.65%.

Subsequently, on March 30, 2026, the company signed another agreement with Minsheng Wealth Management. This contract involves the subscription of RMB 1 billion in financial products, also with a 364-day term and a performance benchmark of 2.55% to 2.65%.

Further transactions occurred on May 28, 2026, when Conch Cement executed two more contracts with the same financial institution. These agreements cover a total subscription of RMB 1.9 billion in financial products. These products have a slightly different term of 362 days and a performance benchmark set at 2.60%.

Finally, on June 3, 2026, the company entered into two additional contracts with Minsheng Wealth Management. These latest agreements involve a subscription for a total of RMB 3.1 billion in financial products, featuring a 362-day term and a performance benchmark of 2.60%.
