On the afternoon of March 4, the first "Members' Corridor" event of the fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was held at the Great Hall of the People. Pan Jianwei, a member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, vice chairperson of the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, responded to questions from journalists.
Pan Jianwei stated that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China vigorously advanced the development of quantum science and technology. Quantum communication has consistently maintained a leading position internationally, quantum computing has firmly secured a place in the top global tier, and multiple areas of quantum precision measurement have entered the ranks of international advanced levels.
