Insilico: Two Non-Executive Directors to Step Down Effective 15 July 2026

Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (Insilico) announced that Non-Executive Directors Dr. Kan Chen and Mr. Long Shi have tendered their resignations, effective 15 July 2026.

Dr. Chen, currently a member of the Board’s nomination committee, cited changes in work arrangements and other business commitments. Mr. Shi, a member of the remuneration committee, provided the same reason for his departure.

According to the filing, the resignations are not linked to Insilico’s business, operations, or financial performance. Both Directors confirmed they have no claim against the company, no disagreement with the Board, and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

The Board expressed appreciation for Dr. Chen’s and Mr. Shi’s contributions. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Dr. Aleksandrs Zavoronkovs (Chairman, CEO, CBO) and Dr. Feng Ren • Non-Executive Director: Dr. Chuen Yan Leung • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Dr. Jingsong Wang, Dr. Denitsa Milanova and Mr. Roman Kyrychynskyi
