On 22 April 2026, SSY Group Limited issued a formal notice confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying Circular and Proxy Form (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available on both the company website (www.ssygroup.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.
The company emphasises that registered shareholders may, at any time, switch between receiving corporate communications electronically (via website access) or in printed form. Requests should be submitted by email to ssygroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk or in writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
To promote timely dissemination, SSY Group encourages investors to provide an email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form. Shareholders opting for electronic communication will receive notifications when future documents are published online. Those preferring printed copies can mark the relevant option on the reply form; the selection remains valid for one year from the instruction date and will be fulfilled free of charge.
