Deep News12-04

On December 4, financial regulators in Yunnan imposed a total fine of 2.35 million yuan on China Construction Bank Corporation's (CCB) Yunnan Branch for multiple violations.

The penalties were issued due to inadequate management of fixed-asset loans, working capital loans, and bank acceptance bills, as well as insufficient oversight of loan payments and unauthorized fee collection. The branch itself was fined 1.1 million yuan, while its affiliated sub-branches faced additional penalties totaling 1.25 million yuan.

In addition, two responsible individuals, Tian Haibo and Peng Pai, received formal warnings for their involvement in these regulatory breaches.
