AAC Technologies Buys Back 102,000 Shares for HKD 4.04 Million, Treasury Stock Climbs to 45.43 Million

Hong Kong, 29 September 2026 – AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. executed an on-market share repurchase of 102,000 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 39.34 and HKD 39.70, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 39.63 per share and an aggregate outlay of HKD 4.04 million. The transaction represents 0.0088% of AAC Technologies’ previously issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).

Following the repurchase: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.153 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 45.43 million. • Total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.199 billion.

The repurchase formed part of the company’s existing mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the buyback of up to 116.18 million shares. Including the latest transaction, AAC Technologies has repurchased 8.70 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.75% of the issued shares outstanding at the time the approval was granted.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 29 October 2026—during which it cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange consent.
