Foxconn reported a 46% increase in October sales, reflecting sustained strong demand for servers made for its business partner Nvidia amid the global wave of artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure buildout.
In a statement, Foxconn said revenue rose to NT$1.31 trillion (US$39.7 billion) last month. Analysts had on average expected sales growth of about 30% for the three months ending in December.
Over the past two years, data center construction around the world has lifted Foxconn's performance. As overcapacity, rising debt and regulatory concerns increasingly hang over the AI industry, investors are also using the Taiwanese company's sales figures to gauge the health of the sector.
Recent volatility in technology stocks has caused Foxconn shares to give back most of their gains in 2026, leaving them up only 2% so far this year.
