，美东时间6月15日盘前，优信股价涨幅超过20%。不过，随后该股股价急转向下，截至当天收盘，优信股价收于4.51美元/股，跌幅为12.93%。\n这意味着，上述利好消息并没能重振二级市场对优信的信心。\n这可能和优信的持续亏损有关。公开数据显示，2016-2018年三年，优信的亏损金额依次为13.9亿元、27.4亿元、15.3亿元。上市后也并未改变亏损的命运，2019年净亏损19.9亿元，2020年（截至9月30日）净亏损24.6亿元。过去五年，一共亏损101.1亿元。\n另外，2016-2019年，其经营现金流连年为负，分别为-6.61亿元、-18.34亿元、-22.81亿元、-11.94亿元；总负债高企不下，分别为19.86亿元、50.6亿元、49.78亿元、49.18亿元，资产负债率达85.7%、95.5%、66.9%、91.4%。\n受此影响，从2019年起，优信开启了断臂求生之路，以换取现金流。\n2019年7月，优信将二手车金融业务线Golden
