Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on December 17, a shareholder of CNGR (02579) transferred shares from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong to Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., with a transfer value of HK$453 million, accounting for 16.53% of the holdings.
Previously, CNGR announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect implementation rules, its H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange would be included in the Stock Connect program's eligible securities list effective December 15, 2025.
