Kanzhun Limited has released its "Best Recruiter 2025 Annual Report." The "Best Recruiter" is a monthly selection initiative launched by the platform for recruiters, comprehensively evaluating their performance in areas such as recruitment etiquette, conversational friendliness, interview professionalism, and communication proactiveness during interactions with job seekers. Top-ranked recruiters in each city receive this honorary title monthly, signifying their superior professional capabilities and communication experiences that are more highly recognized by candidates.
The report reveals that in 2025, recruiters from 219,000 companies paid attention to and participated in the "Best Recruiter" selection initiative. Nearly 40% of these companies achieved full participation from their recruitment teams, while over 60% had half or more of their recruiters involved, with the scale of participation growing compared to the previous year. In terms of company structure, small and medium-sized enterprises remain the primary participants, but large enterprises showed significantly increased enthusiasm for participation compared to 2024, beginning to demonstrate proactive and team-based involvement. In 2025, the number of users who received the "Best Recruiter" honor three or more times has reached 78,000.
Looking at the overall trend for 2025, industries with higher talent density exhibit greater penetration rates of "Best Recruiters." The report discloses that e-commerce, internet, and wholesale/retail sectors rank top three in industry distribution, collectively accounting for over 23% of the total. This reflects these industries' high reliance on efficient talent connection capabilities and their ongoing investment in recruitment professionalism.
This characteristic is equally evident at the city level. Cities with mature job markets, strong talent mobility, and job seekers who are more sensitive to recruitment quality are more likely to develop an agglomeration effect of high-quality recruiters. "Best Recruiters" are primarily distributed in Tier-1 cities and some emerging Tier-1 cities, with 22.1% concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
