Billion Industrial Releases 2026 Interim Report and Implements Full Electronic Dissemination of Shareholder Documents

Bulletin Express09-17

The Board of Billion Industrial Holdings Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, has been published on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.baihong.com). Printed copies have been mailed only to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials.

In line with the HKEX Listing Rules’ paper-saving initiative (Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), Billion Industrial has formally adopted an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be available online and will replace routine printed mailings.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive “Actionable Corporate Communications” by email must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.). Until an email address is on file, the company will continue to send these actionable documents in print.

Shareholders desiring hard-copy communications for the coming year may submit a completed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. or email billionindustrial.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name, address and the request for printed materials. Each such instruction remains valid for one year.

Investor queries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
