JOYSON ELEC buys back 270,000 H shares for HKD 4.59 million, holding as treasury stock

On 12 May 2026, Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. (JOYSON ELEC) repurchased 270,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed the same day.

The transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 16.89 to HKD 17.08 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 16.99. The total consideration was HKD 4.59 million.

Post-repurchase, JOYSON ELEC’s issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) stands at 154.14 million shares, down from 154.41 million. Treasury shares increased to 0.96 million, while the total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 155.10 million.

The buyback utilises 0.17 % of the 15.44 million-share mandate approved by shareholders on 12 May 2026. Under Hong Kong listing rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or further treasury-share sales is in effect until 11 June 2026.
