GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

Effective 6 March 2026, GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) has adjusted its board of directors to include three executive directors—Ms. Wang Wana (serving as Chairlady and Chief Executive Officer), Ms. Chen Chun, and Mr. Huang Jingsheng—and three independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Shum Ching Hei, Mr. Yang Minda, and Ms. Gui Chenghui.

In addition, the Board has confirmed the membership of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Audit Committee. Mr. Yang presides over the Remuneration Committee with Mr. Shum and Ms. Gui as members. Ms. Gui chairs the Nomination Committee while Mr. Shum and Mr. Yang serve as committee members. The Audit Committee is led by Mr. Shum, with Ms. Gui and Mr. Yang also handling committee responsibilities.
