3.9%，全年也仅为10.4%。当季蔚来的净亏损也攀升至57.86 亿元，同比翻了近2倍。但沈裴对此直言，换电站肯定不背这个（亏损）锅，换电创造的价值非常大。他所说的价值就是用户与销量。在新能源产业各个重量级选手中，蔚来一直是豪赌换电的那个，造车与建电站共进，通过换电等服务吸引更多用户，是李斌的信条。早期的蔚来，通过免费换电池，用极致的用户体验建立起了护城河，至今蔚来仍坚持换电这一模式。据沈斐透露，目前蔚来车主补能的电量，有过半都来自换电，并且占比还在不断上升。从用户服务和基建的角度，蔚来的这种打法，有点像当年的京东。在电商领域，京东当年也是坚持自营、重金自建物流。因为刘强东发现了需求痛点，要提供高品质、快速送达的商品。在很长一段时间内，被自建拖累了利润的京东备受质疑，不过最后京东的模式成功了，在业内站稳了脚跟。自营模式也成就了刘强东，成为继阿里淘宝之后又一个没人能超越的电商巨头。蔚来坚持自建换电站，一旦形成规模壁垒，培养了用户习惯，就相当于圈定、锁住了一部分重度用户，车主们换购或者口碑传播，都将给蔚来的销量添砖加瓦，进一步巩固它的市场份额。从用户体验角度出发，除了站点没那么多之外，换电几乎是当下唯一可以与燃油车加油效率相提并论的补能方式。但问题是，在持续亏损的情况下，重金投入换电与销量增长必须取得平衡，否则蔚来无法长期支撑。按照蔚来今年 1000 座新增换电站，单站建设成本 200 万元的保守数字估计，至少需要 20 亿元，这还没算运营成本。对于目前手握 455
