On December 19, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index" stood at 130.69, up 0.10 points from the previous day, while the "Vegetable Basket" Product Wholesale Price Index reached 133.64, rising 0.13 points. As of 14:00 today, the national average pork price in wholesale markets was 17.53 yuan/kg, marking a 0.1% increase from yesterday. Beef prices rose 0.3% to 65.92 yuan/kg, while lamb remained stable at 62.38 yuan/kg. Egg prices climbed 0.5% to 7.45 yuan/kg, and chicken prices edged up 0.1% to 17.84 yuan/kg.
The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables fell 0.5% to 5.87 yuan/kg, while six major fruits saw a 0.3% increase to 7.68 yuan/kg. Crucian carp prices held steady at 19.43 yuan/kg, whereas carp rose 0.9% to 13.88 yuan/kg. Silver carp surged 5.2% to 10.52 yuan/kg, and large hairtail increased 2.7% to 39.97 yuan/kg.
Among the 46 key agricultural products monitored today, the top five gainers were silver carp (5.2%), bighead carp (3.2%), large hairtail (2.7%), pineapple (1.6%), and watermelon (1.6%). The biggest decliners were onions (3.7%), oyster mushrooms (2.6%), string beans (2.5%), cucumbers (2.0%), and rapeseed (1.7%).
