C TRANSMISSION (00658) has announced the following changes, effective immediately: Mr. Hu Yueming has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Authorized Representative; Mr. Ye Xingming has resigned as a Non-Executive Director; Ms. Jiang Jianhua has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director; Mr. Li Zubin has been appointed as an Authorized Representative; Mr. Xie Wenjie has been appointed as a new member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, and as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Liu Zhengyang has been appointed as a new member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
