China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (Minsheng Bank) released an updated list of directors and their respective committee roles, effective 3 November 2026. The Board now comprises 15 members: six Non-executive Directors, six Independent Non-executive Directors, and three Executive Directors.
Minsheng Bank’s six Board committees—Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection, Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration, Risk Management, Audit, and Related Party Transactions Supervision—have confirmed the following key appointments: • Gao Yingxin serves as Chairman of the Board and chairs the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee while holding membership on the Nomination and Compensation and Remuneration Committees. • Liu Yonghao and Wang Xiaoyong, both Non-executive Directors, are members of the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee and the Nomination Committee; Wang Xiaoyong also acts as Vice Chairman and President. • Independent Non-executive Directors Qu Xinjiu, Wen Qiuju, Song Huanzheng, Yeung Chi Wai (Jason), Cheng Fengchao, and Liu Hanxing take pivotal oversight roles. Notably, Qu Xinjiu chairs the Nomination Committee, Wen Qiuju heads the Compensation and Remuneration Committee, Song Huanzheng leads the Risk Management Committee, and Yeung Chi Wai (Jason) oversees the Audit Committee. • The Related Party Transactions Supervision Committee is chaired by Liu Hanxing, with all Independent Non-executive Directors serving as members, reinforcing governance and compliance measures.
