First Pacific (00142) Publishes New Circular and Announces Virtual SGM Arrangements

First Pacific (00142) released a circular dated 19 November 2025 outlining new procedures for disseminating corporate communications, as well as a notice of its upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). The circular is accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s official website and through HKEXnews.

According to the announcement, future corporate communications will primarily be provided electronically. Printed versions will be mailed by request or when there is difficulty accessing them online. Newly added non-registered shareholders can submit written requests for printed copies by contacting the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or by emailing firstpacific.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The SGM is scheduled for 12 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. and will be conducted as a virtual meeting through an electronic system linked to the company’s principal Hong Kong office. Shareholders who wish to appoint proxies to participate and vote on their behalf are invited to complete the Form of Proxy and submit it to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar. For any further information regarding the new communication arrangements or the SGM, shareholders may call (852) 2862 8688 during business hours from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
