HANXBIO-B Repurchases 33,800 H Shares on 8 July, Treasury Stock Increases to 1.84 Million

Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (HANXBIO-B) disclosed that it bought back 33,800 H shares on 8 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions. The highest price paid per share was HKD 30.00 and the lowest was HKD 28.42, for a total consideration of HKD 0.98 million.

\n\nFollowing the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 134.41 million to 134.37 million, representing a 0.025% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 1.84 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 136.22 million.

\n\nThe repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 13.47 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 322,600 shares, equal to 0.2395% of the issued share count on the mandate date.

\n\nUnder Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, HANXBIO-B is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 7 August 2026.
