On November 27, Hua Xia Bank Co., Limited announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the qualifications of Lu Chen and Ma Jinzhao as directors of the bank. Their terms as directors will take effect from the approval date of November 25, 2025, and will continue until the expiration of the bank's ninth board of directors.
