The company was informed that Miao Yu, one of the non-executive directors of the 9th Board, will retire and will not stand for re-election to the 10th Board. Other directors of the 9th Board have confirmed their re-election at the interim shareholders' meeting. In addition to the proposed re-election of directors, the Board recommended the appointment of Mr. Sun Feng as a non-executive director for the 10th Board.
