CMON Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Outlines New E-Communication Arrangements

Bulletin Express09-29

CMON Limited announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cmon.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges shareholders to access the digital versions of the report and all future corporate communications, underscoring a continued transition toward electronic dissemination. Registered shareholders that previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find printed reports enclosed with the notice dated 30 September 2026.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents—or who prefer physical copies—can request free printed versions by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reiterates that it is each registered shareholder’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address. Without a functional email address on record, shareholders will receive future publication notices and actionable corporate communications only in printed form until an email address is supplied.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued under the authority of CMON Limited’s Board and signed by Chairman and Joint CEO Ng Chern Ann on 30 September 2026.
