The value of the transferred shares was HK$2.7124 million, representing 5.54% of the holdings. Separately, LAPCO HOLDINGS announced that Mr. Zhou Runzhang, an executive director of the company, resigned effective February 3, 2026, due to his need to devote more time to other business commitments.
