7月22日讯，针对林志颖驾驶特斯拉出车祸，特斯拉客服表示，“暂时不能确认起火原因，若遇到紧急情况，主副驾驶有机械开车门的装置，可在断电情况下强制解锁车门，后排乘客可通过后备箱逃生。”其还称，特斯拉驾驶位附近并无易燃材质。记者致电特斯拉公关部门人员时，对方在一句“现在不方便接电话”后便挂断了电话。（中新经纬）
