Sirnaomics-B Completes Share Issuance Raising Approximately HK$11.3 Million Net

Sirnaomics-B (02257) announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on August 12, 2026. A total of 2,435,600 subscription shares, representing approximately 2.17% of the issued shares immediately following completion, have been allotted and issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$4.69 per subscription share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.

The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HK$11.3 million. The Group intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription as its general working capital.
