CHINA BAOLI TEC (00164) announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled. The subscription was completed on April 15, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. A total of 38.44 million subscription shares were successfully allotted and issued to the subscriber at a price of HK$0.40 per share, as stipulated in the subscription agreement.
