Kingsoft Cloud's stock surged 5.78% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, building on strong momentum from the prior session.
The rally was driven by the company's robust first-quarter 2026 performance, where AI cloud billing revenue soared 90.1% year-over-year to 1 billion yuan, surpassing 50% of total public cloud revenue for the first time. This milestone underscored Kingsoft Cloud's successful pivot to intelligent computing as a core growth engine. Additionally, revenue from the Xiaomi and Kingsoft ecosystem jumped 68.9% to 840 million yuan, providing a highly predictable and stable revenue base that now accounts for about 31% of total revenue.
Broader sector strength also supported the advance, as strong earnings from cloud giants Amazon and Microsoft validated the investment case for cloud computing firms, reinforcing confidence in Kingsoft Cloud's growth trajectory.
