Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) has issued an announcement stating that the Bank received the "Approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration on Li Jinhong's Qualification as Independent Director of ICBC."
In accordance with relevant regulations, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Mr. Li Jinhong's qualification to serve as an independent director of the Bank.
Mr. Li Jinhong's appointment as an independent director of the Bank has now taken effect.
The Bank welcomes Mr. Li Jinhong to its Board of Directors.
