京东这波涨薪，不寻常
一旦有了钱，刘强东就成了那个讲义气的男人。这次，凭的是向兄弟姐妹们撒钱的勇气。
7月13日，京东集团宣布自2021年7月1日开始到2023年7月1日，用两年时间，将员工平均年薪由14薪逐步涨至16薪，在2021年7月1日之前的基础上直接涨薪两个月。
字越少事越大，京东的操作被网友夸为“直男式涨薪”——简单直接，说涨就涨不拖沓。
