Guangdong Governor Meng Fanli held separate meetings in Guangzhou with CM BANK Party Secretary and President Wang Xiaoqing, as well as CCB Deputy Party Secretary and President Zhang Yi.
Wang Xiaoqing noted that CM BANK, as a national joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Guangdong, has always aligned its development with the province's growth. The bank will continue to deepen its presence in Guangdong, increasing resource allocation to the region. It aims to provide more and better financial services in areas such as technological innovation, advanced manufacturing, green development, high-level opening-up, and the "High-Quality Development Project for 100 Counties, 1,000 Towns, and 10,000 Villages." Through diversified and high-quality financial supply, CM BANK will fully support Guangdong's economic and social development, as well as the construction of the Greater Bay Area.
Meng expressed his hope that CM BANK would leverage its headquarters advantage to continuously improve financial services for the province's industries, enterprises, individual businesses, government, and residents. He encouraged the bank to achieve better and greater growth while supporting and serving the province's development.
Zhang Yi stated that Guangdong is a key region in CCB business layout. The bank will uphold its responsibilities as a large state-owned commercial bank, closely aligning with Guangdong's development needs. CCB will strengthen and optimize its operations in the province, deepening cooperation in areas such as technology finance, project construction, industrial development, and consumption promotion. It will launch more targeted and personalized products and services, continuously improving the efficiency of financial services for the real economy, and striving to make greater contributions to Guangdong's high-quality development.
Meng expressed his hope that CCB would further deepen cooperation with Guangdong, guiding and promoting more financial resources to support the province's real economy and social welfare programs. He called for joint efforts to complete the "Five Major Financial Articles," helping Guangdong accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as its backbone.
