SEACON Subsidiary to Divest Bulk Carrier for $35.626 Million

SEACON has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Seacon Colombo Ltd, entered into an agreement with Medway Marine Ltd on May 28, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, the seller will transfer the vessel Seacon Colombo to the buyer for a consideration of $35.626 million. The vessel is a bulk carrier with a gross tonnage of 25,175 tons, scheduled for construction in 2026.
