According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 10th, Schroders PLC increased its holding in SANHUA (SEHK: 02050) by 3.4552 million shares. The purchase price was approximately HK$29.05 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of around HK$100 million.
Following this acquisition, Schroders PLC's latest shareholding in the company has risen to 65.1443 million shares, representing a stake of 13.67%.
