Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (abbreviated as ES SERVICES) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 18 September 2026, confirming that its total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.71 billion ordinary shares as of the same date. No treasury shares were outstanding.

From 31 August to 18 September 2026, the company executed 15 on-market repurchases of 200,000 shares each, totaling 3.00 million shares yet to be cancelled. Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 1.71 to HKD 1.88 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 1.81.

All repurchases were conducted in compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules, and the company affirmed receipt of all payments and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
