China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (00916) announced the successful issuance of its super short-term commercial paper on December 17, 2025. The total issuance amounted to RMB2.6 billion, with a maturity period of 29 days. Each note carries a face value of RMB100 and an annual coupon rate of 1.65%. Interest accrual will commence from December 18, 2025. The proceeds will be used to replenish working capital and repay interest-bearing debts of the issuer and its subsidiaries.
