Guangdong Land Holdings Limited (GD Land) has postponed its annual general meeting (AGM), originally set for 18 June 2026, after the Hong Kong Observatory issued a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at or after 1:00 p.m. on the scheduled meeting day.
The AGM will now take place on 25 June 2026 at 3:00 p.m., maintaining the original venue—Room 201, 2nd Floor, Pico Tower, 66 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. All resolutions outlined in the 29 April 2026 circular and notice remain unchanged and will be tabled at the rescheduled session.
Key administrative arrangements are unaffected: • The register of members’ closure period and the corresponding record date for voting eligibility remain the same. • Proxy forms already lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited continue to be valid unless expressly revoked. New or amended proxy forms must reach the registrar no later than 48 hours before the rescheduled AGM.
The board currently comprises seven directors—two executive, two non-executive and three independent non-executive members—headed by Managing Director Wang Jian, who issued the postponement notice on 18 June 2026.
