On May 14, 2026, a notice regarding disciplinary action against China Mobile Communications Group Hunan Co., Ltd. Shaoyang Branch was published on a procurement website. The specific violation involved collusive bidding. The supplier, China Mobile Communications Group Hunan Co., Ltd. Shaoyang Branch, was found to have engaged in collusive bidding and other non-compliant activities during its participation in the procurement project with the identification number: HNDTC2020-GC-011 (SY). As a result, in accordance with relevant military supplier management regulations, the company has been penalized with a three-year prohibition from participating in procurement activities for materials, engineering, and services within the scope of the Rocket Force. This penalty takes effect from May 14, 2026. During the prohibition period, other enterprises controlled or managed by the legal representative, Xiao Zhigang, are also barred from participating in military procurement activities within the aforementioned scope.
