Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank: Vice Chairman and President Wang Ming's Appointment Qualifications Approved

On October 9, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that the company has recently received relevant approvals. The Shanghai Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Wang Ming's qualifications for the positions of Vice Chairman and President of the company, as well as Luo Ying's qualifications for the position of Chief Auditor.

According to his resume, Wang Ming was born in April 1975 and currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. He previously held positions including Deputy General Manager of Bank of Shanghai's Corporate Finance Department, Deputy President of Beijing Branch, Deputy General Manager of Interbank Finance Department, General Manager of Corporate Business Department, President of Puxi Branch, and Chairman of Bosera Funds. He has served as Vice President of Bank of Shanghai since 2018.

Luo Ying was born in July 1977 and holds a bachelor's degree. She currently serves as General Manager of the company's Operations Management Department and General Manager of Process Management Department. Her previous roles include Assistant to the President of Jiading Branch, Deputy President of Jiading Branch, Deputy General Manager of Accounting and Settlement Department and General Manager of Business Processing Center, President of Huangpu Branch, President of Jing'an Branch, and General Manager of Accounting and Settlement Department.
