(hereinafter referred to as Shenhao Technology, SZ300853) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Shenhao Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. signed a computing power equipment contract with Company B, with a total tax-inclusive amount of 881 million yuan; Shanghai Data Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Data Port, SH603881) announced plans to procure no more than 1 billion yuan in computing power services, stepping up its computing power business layout.

In terms of stock price performance, Shenhao Technology (SZ300853) has seen sharp fluctuations this year (forward-adjusted), with the highest price reaching 40.85 yuan (intraday on June 15), and the latest closing price at 25.68 yuan, a pullback of approximately 37% from the year's high; the stock price recently rose before falling, once surging to 31.65 yuan in late September, then stabilizing and rebounding after two consecutive days of sharp declines in mid-October. Data Port (SH603881) hit its year's high (forward-adjusted) of 37.56 yuan (February 13), with the latest closing price at 20.27 yuan, a pullback of approximately 46% from the year's high.

Shenhao Technology's announcement showed that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenhao Intelligent Computing signed a contract with Company B in Hangzhou on October 14, under which Company B will provide computing power equipment to Shenhao Intelligent Computing. The total tax-inclusive contract amount is 881 million yuan, accounting for more than 100% of the company's audited main business revenue for the most recent fiscal year and exceeding 200 million yuan in absolute terms. The contract stipulates batch deliveries, with the buyer required to pay 5% of the total contract amount as a down payment within 7 working days after signing. The company stated that if the contract is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on future operating performance and the development of the computing power leasing market. At the same time, the company warned that due to multiple factors such as supply chain fluctuations, rapid changes in industry supply and demand dynamics, and overseas technology export controls, this procurement faces risks including phased equipment delivery and adjustments to supply prices.

Shenhao Technology's main business includes intelligent power monitoring and control equipment, intelligent robots, and other operations. Its 2026 semi-annual report showed that the company achieved operating revenue of 134 million yuan and a net loss attributable to shareholders of 59.94 million yuan. By product, intelligent power monitoring and control equipment revenue was 64.59 million yuan, energy storage revenue was 36.49 million yuan, and intelligent robot revenue was 19.39 million yuan. The company is actively布局 its computing power business, with Shenhao Intelligent Computing serving as the implementation entity for its computing power business layout.

Data Port's announcement stated that in order to comply with the development trends of the digital economy, promote its transformation into the computing power business, and build a dual-wheel-driven development pattern, the company plans to procure no more than 1 billion yuan in computing power services. The supplier for this procurement has not yet been determined, and the relevant agreement documents have not been signed, posing certain uncertainties and the risk of bid failure. The procurement target is a computing power cluster, with total computing power of no less than 850P (fp16), and a service period of 5 years. Including this planned procurement, the company's total planned computing power service procurement amount within 12 consecutive months exceeds 50% of the latest audited net assets, and has been approved by the board of directors, but still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.

Data Port's main business is IDC operations. Its 2026 semi-annual report showed that the company achieved operating revenue of 782 million yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 85.88 million yuan. By business segment, IDC services revenue accounted for 98.76%, IDC solutions accounted for 0.94%, and intelligent computing business accounted for 0.31%. The company stated that this large-scale computing power service procurement is in line with its dual-wheel-driven development strategy and will promote the company's transformation from a single IDC provider to a comprehensive service platform. The company has already received letters of intent from technology companies.
