On June 26, China Citic Bank Corporation Limited (ASX: 601998) announced that the company's board of directors has recently received the resignation letter from its Board Secretary, Zhang Qing.
Due to work requirements, Zhang Qing has resigned from her position as Board Secretary of the bank. In accordance with a resolution from the bank's board of directors, Zhang Qing will officially assume the role of Business Director for the bank, effective June 26, 2026.
Her term of office and compensation will be administered in line with the bank's relevant regulations.
