HOMELAND ITL (03798) announced that, during the period from July 4, 2024, to October 24, 2025, the Group has subscribed to and redeemed various financial products issued by different financial institutions. The subscription funds were allocated from the Group's idle internal resources. Among these transactions, 35 subscription events and 11 redemption events (calculated on an individual and/or combined basis) constitute discloseable transactions under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
