On April 29, the Finance Bureau of Siziwang Banner organized a specialized training session on cybersecurity and confidentiality education for all its staff members. The training aimed to comprehensively strengthen the cybersecurity and confidentiality defenses of the financial system and effectively enhance employees' awareness of security risks and their emergency response capabilities.
The training was divided into two key topics: cybersecurity and confidentiality work. The cybersecurity segment focused on practical skills such as preventing computer viruses on office devices, identifying phishing emails, adhering to usage norms for government networks, and protecting data security. It also analyzed common cyber attack methods and potential security vulnerabilities.
The confidentiality section provided an in-depth interpretation of relevant laws and regulations, including the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets. Using typical leakage cases from the financial system as examples, the training clarified management requirements for the entire process of handling, storing, and destroying confidential documents. It also emphasized the importance of adhering to confidentiality disciplines when using social platforms such as WeChat and QQ.
The meeting emphasized that all staff must remain vigilant about security and confidentiality at all times, strictly implement relevant rules and regulations, and conduct regular self-inspections and corrections. The goal is to resolutely prevent cybersecurity incidents and information leaks, ensuring the absolute security of fiscal funds and data information.
