INTL GENIUS Appoints Zhao Yan as Remuneration Committee Chairman

INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Ms. Zeng Aoyan has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director of the company due to other commitments, effective March 23, 2026. Effective from March 23, 2026: Ms. Zeng has ceased to be the Chairman and a member of the company's Remuneration Committee. The company has appointed Mr. Zhao Yan, an independent non-executive director, as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The company has appointed Ms. Yang Na, a non-executive director, as a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Pan Yongxiang, an executive director of the company, has ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee.
