A donation ceremony for the "Anfu County Duan Yongping Education Special Fund" was successfully held in Nanchang on May 26. Renowned entrepreneur and investor Duan Yongping has donated 10,000 shares of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. stock, which he holds, to the Anfu County Charity Association, specifically to support the development of education in Anfu County.

The donated 10,000 shares of Kweichow Moutai stock will serve as the long-term endowment for the "Anfu County Duan Yongping Education Special Fund." The fund's usable capital will be derived from annual stock dividends and other equity-derived benefits, providing sustained, stable, and long-term support for enhancing education quality, rewarding teaching excellence, and funding student scholarships and talent development in Anfu.

This marks the second time Duan Yongping has donated Kweichow Moutai shares. In November of last year, he donated 10,000 shares of Kweichow Moutai stock to the Jiangxi University of Water Resources and Electric Power Education Development Foundation to establish an education special fund in his parents' name. Duan Yongping commented at the time via his Snowball account, stating it was simply 10,000 shares of Kweichow Moutai and that they should utilize the annual dividends, noting that market value is temporary.

In investment activities, according to a disclosure of interests form filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 27, Duan Yongping, through his controlled entity H&H International Investment, purchased 9,823,200 ordinary shares of Pop Mart International Group Ltd. on May 25 at an average price of HK$150 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$1.47 billion.

Following this acquisition, Duan Yongping's total holdings in Pop Mart reached 76,371,600 shares, representing a 5.69% stake, which formally triggers the disclosure requirement for a substantial shareholding.
