KARRIE INT'L Issues Positive Profit Alert, Anticipating Over 30% Growth in Operating and Net Profit

Stock News06-01

KARRIE INT'L (01050) has announced a positive profit alert.

The group expects its unaudited consolidated financial performance for the year ending March 31, 2026, to show growth in both operating profit and profit attributable to equity holders compared to the previous year ending March 31, 2025, with the anticipated increase being not less than 30%.

The expected profit growth is primarily attributed to two key factors.

Firstly, there has been an increased revenue contribution from AI-related server products.

In the second half of the financial year, AI-related server products, including those utilizing Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), commenced mass deliveries, which are now reflected in the group's performance.

During the year, AI-related products accounted for over 10% of the group's server chassis segment, emerging as a major driver for both revenue and profit growth.

Secondly, the group's capacity expansion and operational enhancement in Thailand have progressed smoothly.

The ongoing initiatives to expand production capacity and improve operations at the Thailand manufacturing base have advanced successfully throughout the year.

This progress demonstrates the group's ability to rapidly respond to the demands of internationally renowned clients and AI-related customers, further strengthening its delivery capabilities, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience.
