Key operational metrics • Scope 1-2 emissions fell 12.60 % year-on-year to 263.80 tonnes CO₂e, holding intensity at 1.90 tonnes per employee. • Total energy use declined 4.12 % to 459.00 MWh; non-hazardous waste held at 5.20 tonnes. • Financed (Scope 3) emissions were disclosed for the first time at 664,307.00 tonnes CO₂e, taking total reported emissions to 664,570.80 tonnes CO₂e.
Responsible-investment milestones • Proprietary ESG scorecard now covers 100 % of listed equity and fixed-income holdings; c. 80 engagement interactions were recorded during the year. • Proxy voting coverage exceeded 99 % of votable meetings, with 16 % of ballots cast against management and 48 % of shareholder-proposal votes withheld. • The firm joined collaborative programmes such as FAIRR’s Waste & Pollution and Protein Diversification engagements representing more than USD 16.60 trillion in combined investor assets.
Governance, risk and technology • ESG oversight rests with the Board, supported by a Leadership Committee and cross-functional ESG Committee. • A new AI, Technology and Security Management Policy was introduced; the Group obtained Platinum-tier recognition in the HKIRC/ISACA Cyber Security Staff Awareness Scheme. • Zero material breaches were recorded in anti-corruption, AML/CFT or data-privacy compliance.
Human-capital profile • Headcount stood at 138 (58 women) with a male-to-female ratio of 1.38:1; turnover rate was 34 %. • Employees completed 977.00 training hours, averaging 7.10 hours per employee and achieving 100 % participation. • No work-related fatalities or lost-time injuries were reported.
Community impact and recognition • Cash donations totalled HK$1.07 million, including support for Tai Po relief efforts and Heep Hong Society. • Awards included 5 Years Plus Caring Company, Hong Kong Green Organisation and “Top Investment House” in G3 Bonds 2025 by The Asset.
Value Partners stated that integrating climate and biodiversity risks into investment and operations remains a strategic priority as it progresses toward Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2050 objectives.
