Deep News06-13

An official notice has been issued regarding the upcoming football match between Dazhou and Nanchong.

The 2025-2026 Sichuan Provincial City Football League final stage match (Dazhou vs. Nanchong) is scheduled to take place at the Dazhou Sports Center football field on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 19:35 to 22:00. To ensure public safety and the orderly conduct of the event, the Dazhou Public Security Bureau has announced public order and temporary traffic control measures.

Key Control Measures

The control period will be in effect from 16:00 to 22:30 on June 14th. The controlled area encompasses the Dazhou Sports Center and its immediate vicinity.

Specific public order measures include a prohibition on watching the match from rooftops of surrounding residential buildings. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable and explosive materials, controlled knives, banners, or other prohibited items into the area. The use of fireworks, firecrackers, and sky lanterns within the temporary security zone is also banned.

Should a high-density crowd form inside the stadium, creating a risk, public security authorities will promptly halt the match, implement control over the Sports Center, restrict entry, and guide spectators to evacuate in an orderly manner.

During the event, the operation of drones within the temporary security zone is strictly prohibited without prior approval from airspace management authorities and the on-site security command. Drones involved in event support, emergency rescue, or police operations must apply through the official unmanned aerial vehicle management platform and report the approval to the relevant police department.

Traffic Management Plan

To ensure orderly, safe, and smooth traffic during the large-scale event, temporary traffic controls will be implemented on roads around the Sports Center based on traffic laws.

Pre-match controls (16:00 to 20:30 on June 14th) will be applied to specific ramps and sections of Tashi Interchange, Sports Road, Phoenix Avenue, and Longquan Road. Post-match controls (21:30 to 23:00) will cover sections of Phoenix Avenue, Jinlan Road, Longquan Road, Tashi Road, and Longjing Road. During these periods, only public buses and emergency/service vehicles will be permitted in these areas.

Additional measures include the temporary cancellation of certain on-street parking spaces from 09:00 to 24:00 on June 14th, and restrictions on hazardous material vehicles and medium/large freight trucks on several key roads from 15:00 onwards.

Parking and Transportation Options

Designated areas for public parking will be available along sections of Chaoyang Middle Road, Phoenix Avenue, Tashi Road, and Baqu East Road. Vehicles must park in a single file without blocking bus stops or access routes.

Shuttle bus services will operate from three key locations: the south gate of the Sports Center (serving the old city area), near the Gaowangdu Hotel on Phoenix Avenue (serving the railway station, Lotus Lake, and Jiangwan City areas), and the east gate of the Sports Center on Tashi Road (serving the Southern City district). Specific shuttle bus routes are detailed in the official notice.

Parking for official and operational vehicles is allocated on the sidewalk parking lot on Jinlan Road and other designated sections.

Spectator Guidelines and Prohibited Items

Gates will open for ticket and security checks from 17:00 on match day. Entry requires the original ID card matching the ticket holder, verified through facial recognition and ID comparison at the gate.

To expedite entry, spectators are advised not to bring large luggage, backpacks, or bags. Carrying only essential items like a phone and ID is recommended.

A comprehensive list of prohibited and restricted items has been published to ensure safety. Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, flammable substances, dangerous chemicals, and illegal drugs.

Restricted items encompass glass containers, outside beverages and certain foods, personal transportation devices (except wheelchairs and strollers), unauthorized noisemakers or banners, and devices that could interfere with the event like lasers, drones, or sports equipment. Large bags and pointed objects like long umbrellas are also restricted.

Spectators are urged to familiarize themselves with these rules in advance to avoid delays. Assistive devices for persons with disabilities and small amounts of necessary medication are permitted.

Safety Reminders for Large Crowds

With large crowds expected, key safety points are emphasized. Spectators should familiarize themselves with exits, evacuation routes, and emergency shelters. Avoid stopping in narrow passages or stairways.

In dense crowds, do not push or rush. If the flow stops, halt and observe; do not try to move against the crowd. If caught in a crowd surge, stay upright, protect your chest with your arms, and move with the flow, avoiding bending down or struggling.

Guard against pickpocketing by keeping valuables in secure, inner pockets. Be vigilant in crowded areas and report any theft immediately to on-site police officers.

To alleviate parking pressure, a total of 10,487 parking spaces will be made available free of charge for vehicles with non-local license plates on the day of the match and the day before and after, for all eight matches scheduled from March to July.
