DOBOT (02432) Included in "HKEX Tech 100 Index"

It has been reported that the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) recently launched the "HKEX Tech 100 Index" to further expand its index business. DOBOT (02432) has been selected as a constituent of the index.

The HKEX Tech 100 is a broad-based stock index that tracks the performance of the 100 largest technology companies listed on the HKEX. The index covers six innovative themes: artificial intelligence, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, electric vehicles and autonomous driving, information technology, internet, and robotics. All constituents are eligible for the Stock Connect program, catering to the investment needs of both international and mainland Chinese investors.

According to its official website, DOBOT was founded in 2015 by Liu Peichao, a postgraduate from Shandong University. The company specializes in the R&D and application innovation of intelligent robots, focusing on the development, production, sales, and service of smart robotic arms and other intelligent hardware products.

DOBOT has developed the world's first desktop collaborative robot and offers over 20 models across seven product series, including CRA, CR, CRS, MG400, M1Pro, Nova, and Magician. With cumulative global shipments exceeding 100,000 units, its products are widely sold in more than 80 countries and regions, serving industries such as 3C, automotive, semiconductor, chemical, healthcare, metal processing, food and beverage, and new retail.
